2002 Pontiac Bonneville 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a scanner that says their is a probleum with maf or vaf, I have had the screen blown with a cleaner, replaced the air and fuel filter, along with plugs, still have a jerking in the engine, any ideas

Has the check engine light come back on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Any vacuum leaks?
