Wipers won't turn off, so either it is the switch or the circuit board by the motor. Which is more likely?
Can you tell me step by step how to remove the switch from the steering column? I can't figure out how to get the cover(s) off from the underside.

Hi scottquiethills,

Thank you for the donation.

Here are the procedures for removing the multifuncvtion switch.

MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH
Removal & Installation

1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disable air bag system. Remove steering wheel. Grasp tilt lever and pull straight out of steering column.

2. Remove upper and lower steering column shrouds, Check under shrouds for holes where screwa are hidden, they are for holding the shrouds together) Remove instrument panel cluster trim. Remove 2 multifunction switch screws. Disconnect multifunction switch harness connectors. Remove multifunction switch.

3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten screws to specification.

You would have to test which is causing the problem.

What is the speed that the wiper is working on?
Are you able to change the wiper speed?
