2001 Pontiac Bonneville Blower starts to run then stops

2001 Pontiac Bonneville 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 175k miles

The blower starts to run then stops and does not respond to the climate control dial after it stops. I replaced the blower but that isn't the problem

Your probable causes here could be the HVAC instrument panel control module and blower control module.
