Motor seemed to be missing, like 1-2 plug wires off.
I started out with new plugs, then spark plug wires,
then three ognition coils service transmission, balanced all 4 wheels.Problem is still there. Acts like a wheel out of balance, in a pull uphill,
let off the gas,and it stops.

Hi there,

Go back and re check plugs leads and coil, this is sounding like an electrical system breakdown under load, start here.
