2000 Pontiac Bonneville slowing down

it does good accelerating but at about 30 when decelerating on the brake it shake quite noticably shaking the car i think it could be the brake rotors out of round but i'm not sure

That is what it sounds like. Where do you feel the vibration the most? Is it the seat or the steering wheel?
