2000 Pontiac Bonneville passenger window doesnt go down

the passenger window does not want to go down i have tried it from the master switch and from the passenger switch but doesnt go down could it be the the motor or the regulator

Its most likely the motor you would have to get a multimeter to test for power and ground to see if its the motor or something else.do you have a multimeter?

you will need a multimeter to test for power and ground to see if its your window motor or something else.autozone rents meters and other tools like that you just leave a deposite for the value of the tool and you get your money back when you return it.If you want to do some testing let me know when you get a multimeter so i can help you out.
