MY CAR JUST DEVELOPED THE SAME PROBLEM, EXCEPT MINE IS JUST PEGGED OUT AT 120. I REPLACED PVC AND PROBLEM REMAINS. I NEED TO RESEARCH MORE, BUT JUST HAPPENED TODAY.

You need to check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge if it continues to be high -oil pump problem with the pressure relief valve. Could be the sending unit or the gauge itself
