will head gasket fix and flushing radiator and getting oil changed fix the problem,
or do i need to replace head gasket

if you mean using the gasket in a tube type stuff to seal a failed head gasket then i never recommend it, in the end they just cause a much bigger mess. best just to remove head and replace gasket correctly.
