1999 Pontiac Bonneville blower motor relay

i have a 99 bonneville sse. my ac gets cold and my heat gets hot, but the blower motor stopped working. ive been able to find and check the fuses, and they are ok. i dont have diagrams for the relays however. also my cigarette lighters stopped working the same time the blower went. please help

Check the AC fuse 30amp it powers the blower motor relay and the blower motor. Also check cigar lighter fuse no.9B 15amp powers both lighters
