Everytime it rains, water accumalates in the rear, drivers side floor board. To the tune of a couple of inches! I can't find any areas that look like they could be the culprit. Not even water marks leading in. Any ideas?

The best way to find this is to have someone sit inside and you slowly spray water on each part of the vehicle, around the door and windows mainly you will see where the water goes in that way.

Usually water gets in around the rear glass, or trunk weatherstriping.I use FLOWABLE RTV around the glass it's thinner than regular rtv and flows into any imperfections and holes, even if you can't find it this stuff will! Peel the rug back and punch out the rubber drain plug in the floor.

Subject: re:Bonneville water in floor board
thanks merlin! I'm off to try and find the "flowable rtv" you speak of. One addition though, there is never ANY water ANYWHERE else in the car except the rear, drivers side floor. Nothing else even damp. Do you still think it is the rear glass or the trunk seal?
We had already tried the trick with the hose to find the source. No luck there.

Thanks again

Either there or the door weatherstrip.
