My horn on my 1998 Bonneville is not working. I had a mechanic look at it and he said the fuse is fine and he didn't want to get into the steering wheel and air bag etc and have to charge me.
Can a dealer plug the car into a computer to locate the problem easily? I don't want to waste money if I don't have to.

Hi
Maybe horn relay right rear engine compartment below mini fuse box. On board computer will not diagnose a horn. When horn depressed relay should click if not replace.
Hope this helps
