In order to take the water pump off, I have to take the power steering puly off. How do I do that.

There is an auto-tensioner on this model. If you follow the serpentine drive belt, starting at the alternator, I'm pretty sure it runs in this order: alternator, power steering, auto-tensioner, water pump, AC... and I forget the last pulley. :p

Using a wrench, turn the auto-tensioner COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to relieve the tension on the belt, and move it off. Before you do, be sure to note exactly how the belt is on there so as not to lose track of how it's supposed to go along the pulleys. A general rule of thumb is to draw the diagram yourself if it's not already on the hood of the vehicle.
