1997 Pontiac Bonnieville SSE, 178k..
1. RPM's drop at idle and engine stalls when operating any/all power window switchs...also power seat switches not operating....all fuses ok
2. New Fuel Filter just installed....bad exceleration power....Fuel Injection Pressure is at 22 PSI at rail

3.8L engine the fuel pressure should be 48-55 psi yours is way too low
