1996 Pontiac Bonneville

Hello guys, I have a 1996 Bonneville and the heat and a/c only blow out in defrost vents and the floor vents, but not inon the dash vents. What could be the problem ? Any help would be appreceiated.....Jim

hi jim the temp control warm and cold control works vacuum operated belnd door motors under the dash, you can start by doing a simple test, turn the key on to run with the door closed and move the temp control from cold to warm and see if you hear the belnd doors open or close

Hey, I thank you very much for such a quick responce. However the air does change from hot to cold but, the air flow does not come out the a/c vents like it should.It only comes out at top of dash and floorboard. Thanks for your help very much.By the way I have 23 years of paint and body experience so if I can help you guys in that field in any way please feel free to write. there are only a few things to look at then , the belnd doors and motors ,,, or vacuum leaks
