1995 Pontiac Bonneville engine codes and no start

Engine Performance problem
1995 Pontiac Bonneville 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The engine codes are p0341 & p0342. The engine turns over but will not start. i know the codes are
related to the cam sensor. i was wondering if a cam
signal problem could cause a no start situation. when turning over it turns freely and every now and then it will hit a lick and then pop back thru the throttle
body. thanks for any info you can give me.

hi yes cam sensor will set a no start situation.
