1995 Pontiac Bonneville 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 158k miles

recieve code p1361 car dies check engine light comes on, will restart. checked ecm was good thought it was fuel filter not the prob. just not sure can you help.

Heres the test proceedure, might be as simple as a bare wire...
