94 bonneville trunk latch will not release, door button when pushed will cause a noise at the latch but it doesn't release. When the key is used it turns but feels as if it is already unlocked. Is there a pull cord release in the trunk for this year model.? Also how do u get the back seat out if i have to get there, into the trunk in case of a flat!!!! I am a desperate girl trying to fix it so please help meeeeee.

Hi: If the trunk release doesn't work and the key feels like there is no resistance, the latch assembly must have broken. Yes you can remove the rear seat by pulling up on it, but it may require a good bit of effort.

I realize this is something that needs fixed and if I was there I would do it for you but I can't. Therefore, I recommend you take it to a mechanic for repairs. The latch assembly most likely needs replaced and no there is no emergency release to open the trunk.

If you have any other questions, let me know and I'll do my best to help you.
