1994 Pontiac Bonneville Idle speed

After the car has warmed up it wants to idle around 2000 rpm. About a year ago I had the throttle position sensor changed because it was doing the opposite, trying to stall if I didnt keep my foot on the gas.

Clean the throttle-body and check the iac, idle air control. Any applicable codes?
