fuel pump is not working been replaced,all fuses are good what else could be the problem

Hello, have you tried running the pump by using the prime connector? That connector may be located behind/by the battery. Red wire, electrical connector, nothing plugged into the connector. If you use an inline fuse, jumper to B+, the pump should run.

You could check the fuel pump relay circuits. That relay center may be under the dash, passenger side. There should be a 20 amp fuse by that relay center for the pump relay.
