1993 Pontiac Bonneville Wiper motor

I wipers have been performing with a little bit of a delay. Today when it was pouring out they decided to stop and would not turn back on. I pulled over and waited a little while and then turned them back on and they worked for about 20 seconds and now they haven't turned back on. Each time they stopped the wipers were positioned straight up.

I believe the wiper motor to be at fault but wanted s second opinion...

I would second that for you
but I would check the motor for a good ground 1st

need manual CHECK IT @
