Car started with no problem. Turned car off to go get something. Came back to restart car, no power to anything. No lights, no bells, nothing to anything. Car has in the past had loss pf electrical power for a flash when bright lights were turned on or off. Could this be a computer issue?

For you to loose all power, there has to be an open circuit from the battery. Even the computer won't shut everything. Check for a bad ground to the engine block. Also, remove the battery terminals, clean them and the battery post, and inspect the battery cables for damage.

Let me know what you find.
