Running car in normal condition. Only issue is rough on idle. No codes present. Oil pressure gauge starting to go haywire going between 80 to120 and checked oil. Normal level and clear with no radiator juice present. Change oil pressure switch still running at 80-100. Mechanical gauge at 100. Changed springs in oil pump no change still running highat 100psi. Any suggestion before taking motor apart???

The oil pressure relief valve is not opening, it should normally open at 70psi
