The fan for my heater wont come on unless you hit the front dash plate where the swicth is. We think the switch is bad and how do you take the fromt dash plate off to get to the switch

Had a similar problem the blower would only run at 1 speed, on my 95 replaced the fan on the back fire wall in the engine compartment and it fixed it.
