1990 Pontiac Bonneville fuel system

i have tried to crank my car. every blue moon it seems to turn over .i pressed the test valve on the fuel injector port .there is little pressure.so i removed the injectors housing and out comes a brown like dirty mixture .i like to know what next if i clean the parts and replaced them .the fuel pump seems to work fine caused when i took it off i tested it by placing it on a 12 volt source . it pump fine .please help . what next?

Next thing is to check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge designed for your system and get back with the readings this is where we start
