Transmission problem
1987 Pontiac Bonneville 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

it pulls but when it runs a bit it will stall. and i have to lift the hood and wait till it cools off to crank it again. can you tell me the problem .

Ignition modules can be a heat sensitive no start item. I don't know tha is what is happening, but check for loss of spark when it isn't starting.
