the engine jumped time, loose timing chain. jumped on starting not while running. bent a push rod. one pushrod sets a little lower than te rest, not the one that bent. bad lifter? what?

it could be a bad lifter,
have you rotated the engine so see if it's just sitting on a low point on the cam?

yes, I`ve rotated the engine and the pushrod moves up and down, it`s just a little lower than the rest
