My speedometer stays on zero and my tempature gage is reading wrong. It says it's really hot. I can get it to go down if I turn the key in the ignition back and forth without starting the engine. What exactly is the problem? Is it electrical, fuses or something deeper. Please help!!

It could be your cluster. The only way to test is with a scan tool which could perform a gauge test.
