my 2004 aztec loses power when I accelerate especially going up a hill. My engine light comes on and it seems to be choking or hesitating. This usually happens at 50 mph or over

It is most likely a clogged catylatic converter. However, since the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to determine the exact reason. Most nationally recognized parts stores will do it for free.
