2003 Pontiac Aztek Vibration

There is a significant vibration when the front tires are rotating. What seems would be the tires, still vibrates when the tires are lifted off the ground. It is not the engine as the vibration does not occur when only RPM are increased. The wheel bearing, brakes, and side transmission bearings have been replaced. What else should I be looking at?

Have you checked the CV joints or the axles? An axle could be bent or you could have a bad CV joint.
