Hi:
It sounds like a sensor problem most likely with the ABS. However, which one is the question. I recommend having the computer scanned at a nationally recognized parts store for trouble codes. I'm sure there are codes and they will point us in the right direction. Also, most of these stores will scan it for free.
Let me know what you find.
