the headlights both go out (don't know about back lights) At the same time all dash lights go on. seat belt light-anti lock brake light- battery light and appear brighter. The first time this happened it lasted about 3 seconds and all went back to normal.
This has happened 4 times and each time they stay off longer. 15 seconds now. Tonight after the car has been in for service the second time, it happened again but now it is 20 seconds AND the dashi light went off also. Ironically the turn signal work??

You possibly are having a problem with your BCM, which can cause many funny things including flashing lights on your dash. It controls all your light so that would be a good place to start. Have it checked for codes.
