1990 Pontiac 6000 speedometer?

my pontiac 6000 thinks its going 95 mph when you start it and when you drive and give it a little gas it reads 105 mph and auto shuts off. replaced the computer this week and the fly wheel and the fuel injector harness and the starter and the injector. i hope this is a cheap fix.

Have you checked the vehicle speed sensor? Has the check engine light come on?
