1989 Pontiac 6000 Power Windows

The power window on the front passenger side had stopped working a while ago. It wont roll up or down. When this happened the rear passenger window had started acting up. It would only roll up and down from the switch on the door instead of the switch on the driver door as well. Now the rear passenger window will only roll down from the door and will not roll back up. So it is stuck rolled down. The driver switch doesn't work and neither does the switch on the door. I was wondering what would cause this problem since it is only on the passenger side of the car.
