1989 Pontiac 6000 my car runs fine cold but stops when gets

i have a 89 pontiac 6000 le with a 2.8 and it runs fine when cold starts everytime but when it gets warm it will just shut off and wont run again untill the motor cools down some ive replaced the theristat and radiator and i cant figure this problem out please help

Hi there,

This sound like a sensor overheating and shutting down, run a scan and see if you get any codes for crank or cam sensors, start here.

I'm bot getting any engine code and I live in the contrey so by the time I get close to town the car shuts off before I can get to a shop
