How do you access the rear tail lamp bulbs for replacement and also the right front side panel turn signal bulb?

Open the trunk and remove the carpet from near the tail light assembly. Under that you will find a few wing nuts that hold the assembly in place. Remove them, remove the asselbly and you will have access to the bulbs.

As far as the side marker on the front, if you can't remove the outer cover, access it either through the inner fender, from under the car, or under the hood.
