I BLEED MY BRAKES BUT THE PEDAL STILL GOES TO THE FLOOR AND IT MAKES A SWOOSHING SOUND IS IT MY POWER BOOSTER.

It sounds like the master cylender is bad. The brake booster wouldn't cause the brake pedal to go to the floor. Also, check for leaks.
