Code P0733 Incorrect gear 3 ratio?

Incorrect gear 3 ratio. Drives fine till 3rd and then shutters and sets the code off. Input shaft sensor replaced but still same. Transmission relearn?

I would check the fluid condition because if the clutches are burnt up you will have this issue then you will know the problem is internal.
