Code P0452, how to remove the fuel tank and access the fuel?

Hi, my brother has a P0452 code on his car listed above. I'm self-employed and would call myself an advanced DIYer. I'd like to make some money without having a huge headache. Is it the sensor? If so, please tell me how to test the sensor and what kind of scanner will show evap data. Please offer pictures and step-by-step instructions on how to remove the fuel tank and access the fuel. P0452 refers to a problem with the evaporative emission control system's pressure sensor circuit.
