Po400 is the code that I am getting. i replaced my egr valve and check the vacuum hoses. My next step is the egr hole which is behind the fourth cylinder. how much time does it take to remove the intake manifold?

Let's try this first, remove the egr valve and start the engine and let it run for a few seconds. See if the rpm's go quickly and you can hear a loud exhaust leak.That will tell you if both ports are clear.
