I have replaced all spark plugs and coils checked the wiring and everything runs smooth but the code still appears.

That is a misfire cylinder number four check injector is okay, check compression and check for a vacuum leak at that cylinder, start here.

I can get you a diagram but can you check the year and model please? I don't show a 2006 Caprice.
