No start. New battery, new starter. The instrument panel lights up when the key is turned but the starter does nothing. Swapped relays and fuses appear good. I ran a jumper wire from battery to lower terminal on starter relay socket and car starts. When I drive it only goes in drive?
Where is PNP switch located? Doesn't appear to be on side of transmission.

Good morning,

I attached the location for you of the switch. If the ECM does not see the selection, the transmission will not work correctly. The shifts will be off, and performance will be affected.
