my 1988 plymouth voyager that i recently purchased is having problem starting after it warms up. When i turn it off and then return to start it again it starts but then dies after couple seconds. If i wait 5-10 mins it will start and go. I've had the fuel filter and fuel pump changed. Could it be a sensor? it is getting worse each day.

it is very important that you always give info about what motor, trans, miles and work that has been done. with out that info it's just a crap shoot!

i have an 88 voyager which has been great except for the starting problem you mentioned with yours. this has happened 4 times with my van and each time it was related to the fuel pump. its been replaced each time for about $300. the last time it happened, i had just replaced the pump. i discovered that there is a plug in the wiring to the pump that gets corroded. i unplugged it and plugged it back and the van started.
