as far as ur car sounding like a washing machine, I odnt know. But I just go to oreilly's and by brakes there about 20.00. Your front end, u could need an alliagnment, or also your tire could have a belt messed up which will cause it to shake. I know on my vn when I needed the allignment and I didnt get it more tire wore and when we switched the tires around it caused that as well. If u have taken those tires off and didnt put them back where there suppost to go, it;'s not riding right. your tires have the belts in them and each one wears a certain pattern while driving, and if u move them around they're not riding on that pattern anymore and it can cause shakin and or bouncing.

a wheel could be off balance, or a bad tight rod end, your belt on your tires, tires could slip, or your drive axle could be going bad. As far as brakes go the cheapest is the best, and your washing machine is your bottom lower end going out. ( the bottom portion of your motor) Especially f your motor is rebuilt, if they rebuilt the top portion and not the bottom the bottom could be going out. hope u figure it out, good luck. A way to find out if the front axle is going out have someone sit in the driver seat and jack your van up, put it in drive and if axle bounces up and down axle, u joints, are going out.It's cheaper to replace the whole axle than to replace the u joints.
