I just replaced mine on my 88 dodge daytona 2.2 turbo they r the same--remove ac belt then alternator/water pump belt then power steering belt then the pass front tire-ok now remove the timing belt top cover then remove the bottom crank pulley then the bottom timing belt cover. Remove the timing belt tensioner pulley and then the belt and retime(i used the haynes repair manual and it has step by step instructions but ill give the quick way)line up the timing marks all to tdc then install belt and keep every thing lined up and put it all back toghether-the first time u do it it can take a bunch of hours and its not easy but get the book and it has pictures and its step by step. Good luck
