Electrical problem
2001 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I am installing an electrical device under the hood that needs a wire that is hot only when the car is on. The circuit will be fused with a 20 amp fuse. Most of my car wiring is cabled and tied up with lots of electrical tape. I really would appreciate your help.

Hello,

I would find a 30 amp or higher in the underhood Power Distribution Block to tie into. You will probably have to undo some of the taping to get to the wires.
Using a test light probe each fuse, first with key in off position then with key on.
