Electrical problem
2000 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 132k miles

When I try to squirt washer fluid onto the windshield, nothing happens. The container is full. I don't hear the motor trying to squirt fluid.

I think I need to get to that motor, but I don't know how. From below? Do I have to remove the inner fender well?

I don't think that you have to go thru the fender well. There is probably an air dam panel the would need to be pulled back to get to the motor. Might want to siphon off the fluid first or you'll get a touch wet.
