I have 2000 voyager engine size 3.3L.this is first time to change serpentine belt. when I change the serpentine belt. I can not make the Ten rotate clockwise nor counterclockwise. is it need some tools? or Automatic Ten broken?

The longer wrench you can put on the tensioner lug, the easier it is to turn.
