2000 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic high miles

I have a 2000 plymouth voyager, check engine light came on, so I had codes run, shows p0403 & p1391 code can I get some help please!

P0403 is an EGR
p1391 is a code for lose of crank or cam signal
more testing needed need to know how let me know

need manual CHECK IT @
