Engine Performance problem
2000 Plymouth Voyager Front Wheel Drive Automatic 153000 miles

I have taken my 2000 Plymouth Voyager to an auto parts tore where they tested it and they said there was a misfire in cylinder 3. I changed the spark plugs and wires and even used a fuel cleaner. The check engine light turned off but the van is still running poorly and idleing rough. What can cause this?
