2000 Plymouth Voyager Fast and erratic

Engine Performance problem
2000 Plymouth Voyager 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have replace the throttle positioning sensor and the idle air control motor but the engine still idles fast and erratic, also checked for vacuum leaks. Please Help???
